Streetwear at Fashion Tea Party

Yesterday at the Fashion Tea Party by Lipton, .LAK and Cosmopolitan, I took some photos of the guests with their outfits. Black, brown and beige are the favorite combinations of these guests, all worn in their own style.

Fashion Tea Party in Kolonaki

This afternoon in the center of Athens, at Tsakalof street, Kolonaki, Lipton Tea organized together with Cosmopolitan and .LAK a fashion party.

The new shop of .LAK was everywhere decorated with Lipton tea bags, cups, glasses and pots.

A friendly team served us hot tea, very welcome because today it felt very cold.

But also the catering was taking care that with the tea we could eat some small sandwiches and sweets, like a English High Tea. Later on the tea was replaced by Cosmopolitans...

Also we had a chance to catch a glimpse of the new colorful collection for spring/summer 2011.

But so many people that we could hardly move around in the shop to get a good view of the new items. So if you didn't make it, just visit the shop another day. If you hurry you can find at the first floor some offers of the wintercollection 2010/2011 and summer 2010.

And of course at an event like this some people of the showbizz couldn't be missed. I enjoyed it that they took the time to be photographed by and with their fans.

Patricia Field meets fashionbloggers

Last Monday Patricia Field was in Athens to present her new collection for MCM as you read in my previous post. But what will be a fashion event without fashionbloggers.

Patricia Field in Athens

Today I had the pleasure to meet my namesake Patricia Field. She came to Athens to present the collection she designed for MCM in the flagstore at Xanthou 2, Kolonaki.

Patricia is among fashion lovers a famous stylist, her fame came with "Sex and the city" by dressing Sarah Jessica Parker playing Carrie Bradshaw. Nowadays she has her own site and store selling all kind of fashion items but also working as guest designer for several companies, this season for MCM.

A merry lively lady, listening and responding to all the people who wanted to meet her. Everybody wanted to get a photo with her, from fashion bloggers, journalists, designers to people from the showbizz, all admirers of her.

The team of MCM and especially Zoi and Aliki Drakouli of Act & React, arranged that almost everyone had his or her own chat with this famous stylist.

Probably tomorrow you can get a good impression of the event because there were four teams of Star Channel, our favorite VJ of MTV, Alex Kavdas and a lot of fashion bloggers.

Elena Syraka at The Room Service

And the last room with a greek designer is room 641. Elena Syraka is known for her jewelry. Using 18k gold and inspired by the old greeks, she makes interesting designs and with so many visitors I hardly had the chance to talk to her.

This jewelry we have seen during the fashion show of Deux Hommes at Hotel Grande Bretagne, on the photo showed by Sofia Kyriakidou.
