Stelios Koudounaris presents his collection for fall-winter 2015-2016 "Les Cavaliers Noirs" - the black riders.

With this collection the fashion designer narrates a story.
A story of two heroes, a woman and a man both being fearless, decisive and strong as iron.
Life-travelers, explorers, admirers of everything new, his heroes remain undefeated in difficulties, falling and getting up again, experiencing the unknown, crying and laughing; they continue timeless in life, galloping as wild horses.
People, who always look ahead, Cavaliers Noirs become the heroes of modern times. Dynamic men and women of today, holding the reins of their lives.  

Stelios Koudounaris’ collection for ΑW 15-16 has two distinctive characteristics, masculine elements combined with athleisure chic and high end tailoring.  His trousers combine sweatpants with fine wool. Egg shaped mantaux worn over drapped asymmetric dresses.
The calm strength of self-confidence in his collection, reveal velvet, satin, wool felts, '"armor like" knits and silk crepe form blazers, culottes and bias cut dresses, worked in low tones contrasts. Personality is the main protagonist in Les Cavaliers Noirs.

TAKING A STAND FOR CATS AND DOGS WITHOUT A HOME!

On the occasion of World Animal Day (October 4) TOMS® participate in the two-day event 'I Care About means I Care For' (‘Νοιάζομαι σημαίνει Φροντίζω’) organized by Pedigree® and Whiskas®, under the auspices of the Municipality of Athens to inform and sensitize the public on responsible ownership of pets, contributing to action for the care of pets.

In a specially designed space, children will have the opportunity through creative painting to learn and earn lots of TOMS gifts.

On this Saturday and Sunday TOMS organises 'Style Your Sole', where everyone has the opportunity to acquire a pair of TOMS, designed uniquely for her or him, inspired by the World Animal Day.

TOMS Greece mobilizes the community by encouraging it to participate in the campaign through social media to enhance the City of Athens Adoption Program for strays.

Tailor & Elbaz present The Elements Collection

With the new season started, and raining cats and dogs, let us have a closer look at the fall-winter collection by Tailor & Elbaz.

In the Elements collection for fall - winter 2015-2016 the two young designers Maria Tailor and Tamara Elbaz have chosen for a balanced mix of red, blue, grey and dark green colours, combined with various white and black.
The colours of the four elements of fire, water, earth and air are used as a leading role, combined with the main emphasis of the collection: gold and silver, to be found in the rich zippers and large buttons.
For the first time the designer duo drops by also adding a touch of silver into the designs.

Silhouettes are slender but supple, the keywords for this collection. There are two types of silhouettes made: body next and tight or short and wide. The initiate is particularly to be seen in the funky swirling skirts and lace dresses that designed the ladies, but also in the oversized cardigans and in the tough street wear like sweaters.
Jeans, luxury knits, heavy jersey, faux leather and lots of lace are the main materials for this fall. Suede is reflected in short jackets and pencil skirts.

Mary Katrantzou Spring 2016

Mary Katrantzou presented her spring 2016 collection at Central Saint Martins campus in London. Her collection was inspired by the galaxy and by traditional costumes of the Balkan.

But as we know her for her digital prints playing with your eyes, we see in this collection that she is able to work also without any print and create again amazing designs.
