Are you ready for red?

Today, Friday the 4th February 2011, Feeling Human is celebrating their first anniversary at SEVEN SINS LOUNGE BAR, Palaia Leoforos Poseidonos 1 & Moraitini 3, Athens, Greece (Village Cinema in Palaio Faliro).

Feeling Human is founded a year ago by Heather Nomi Tshuma and Yvonne Ivana Bosnjak. Past year they organized several events, like the July Two Fashion Show for ANASA and a fun day for S.O.S. Children's Villages.

This evening Heather and Yvonne are casting the spotlight on the importance of blood donation.
They will have leaflets for "ARE YOU READY FOR RED" Save Lives blood donation initiative for those who are interested in donating blood to the Athens Hospitals to help those who may need blood transfusions after or during surgery and also in accident and emergency departments.

An initiative I have seen in the Netherlands by a group of young designers with head designer Claes Iversen is that you can buy clothes, not with money but by giving your blood. Which Greek designer will join this great idea? More about the project of this designers you can read at The Red Rail

But let us get back to the first anniversary of Feeling Human. This event is not only about blood donation, it is a party with a very special video presentation.
It is an open event, everybody is welcome, bring friends, family! So be there!
