This afternoon Scott Schuman, better known as The Sartorialist, will be at MOAM in Amsterdam for his new book Closer as part of the Fashion & Foam exhibition.
Scott has been an inspiration for many fashion bloggers. He acquired great fame with his blog by capturing people with a unique style. These photographs have been published in several book and this afternoon he will sign his new book Closer, including a limited edition in slipcase.
Scott is now regarded as one of the most prominent and influential fashion bloggers in the world.
Until the 17th of March the exhibition Fashion and Foam is in Moam.
A unique combination of photography and fashion. Foam presents the MOAM project, where big names and talented newcomers in photography and design join together in one exhibition. Iconic photos by Anton Corbijn, Erwin Olaf and Inez van Lamsweerde & Vinoodh Matadin provide the starting point. Fifteen talented Dutch fashion photographers were paired with a fashion designer and responded to this iconic image with new work. Thus, fifteen inspiring and creative combinations were created, as well as five different interpretations of one and the same photo. A number of unique fashion designs are shown along with the photos.
