South Africa, Russia, Paris, Athens...Alexis Barrell

'A Russian in Paris' is the name and the inspiration of Alexis Barell for her collection winter 2011/2012. Yesterday at her atelier in Kolonaki Alexis Barell showed her new collection in a friendly ambiance.

Alexis Barrell is born in South Africa, moved to Paris, Milan and New York and ended up showing her first summer collection 2011 in Athens "A greek affair". Last night she showed us her second collection "A Russian in Paris". Her showroom was filled with inspiring photos of her new collection, a video presentation by Yuri Norstein and the mood board.

Some outfits were worn by the hostesses of the evening and of course by Alexis Barrell herself.
