From hors d'oeuvre to the main course with chef Christoforos Peskias and Sophia Kokosalaki at the Taste of Fashion diner at the Hilton in the center of Athens.
In my previous posts I showed you the starter and the dishes now we arrived at the main course.
Sophia Kokosalaki is known for her use of ancient greek influences in her collection. Her draped dresses, her playing with geometry and organic lines but mainly her inspiration of the greek godesses gave Christoforos Peskias the inspiration for the main plate using greek ingredients and flavors, with an international twist which reflects the international career of Sophia.
Sophia Kokosalaki herself was absent but we saw her bridal collection:
